If you are going to delete your sets and move to the NGC Registry you will not need the "insert rights" to the PCGS Registry. NGC and PCGS don't cross check the sets.....................so I will buy your PCGS insert rights, so I can advance my set. PM only please! Cash!!! Cash!!!
