Is the Gengerke census THE census for FRNs? Is it up to date?

I assume you're talking large-size here and, yes, it is. However, if you have one of his printed editions, it's only as up to date as the publication date. However, Martin is constantly updating the census and if you order one of his CD versions, it will be accurate as of your order date because he burns a new CD version as he receives orders for new copies.
