dhrc policy regarding sales of other-than pcgs

in your first post regarding conflict of interest you mentioned that you purchase coins from third party dealers and sell them as you bought them (pcgs, ngc or raw, however they were obtained.) however, on the dhrc website it states that all the coins in inventory are pcgs graded and further have all been "hand picked by David Hall." is this actually the case, and if you sell only pcgs graded coins why did you mention raw or other services in your first post?

We often help clients liquidate coins they no longer want. Some are raw, some are PCGS graded, and some are graded by other grading sevices. We always sell them as we buy them.
